  • WHERE IS THE LEASING OFFICE LOCATED?  

     The Mill & Main Leasing Office is located in Mill & Main East:

    Short term visitor parking is available directly outside the main entrance.

  • HOW DO I APPLY?  

     You may apply ONLINE or IN PERSON

    To apply IN PERSON please visit the Leasing Office located inside Mill & Main East:

  • WHAT UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENT?  

    Tenants pay their own gas, electric, cable, internet & phone.

    There is a $30/month utility fee for sewer, water & trash.

  • HOW MUCH IS THE SECURITY DEPOSIT?  

    Your security deposit will be $300 with approved credit and application.

  • HOW DO I PAY RENT?  

     On the 1st of each month you may either pay rent ONLINE or IN PERSON.

    To pay rent ONLINE, please request an invitation to our Rent Cafe portal from property management.

    To pay rent IN PERSON, simply drop off your check with one of our staff members or leave it in the Rent Drop Box located just inside the first floor entrance.

  • ARE THE APARTMENTS FURNISHED?  

     Apartments at Mill & Main are not furnished.

    Provided appliances include:

    • Range/oven
    • Microwave
    • Dishwasher
    • Refrigerator/freezer
    • Garbage disposal
  • HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN LIVE IN EACH APARTMENT?  

    To prevent overcrowding and undue stress on the building systems, we restrict the number of people who reside in an apartment. The maximum number of occupants per apartment is as follows:

    Occupancy guidelines are as follows:

    • Up to 2 people permitted in a Studio
    • Up to 2 people permitted in a 1 Bedroom
    • Up to 4 people permitted in a 2 Bedroom, depending on floor plan
    • Up to 5 people permitted in a 3 Bedroom
  • DO YOU ALLOW PETS?  

     YES! Your furry friends are welcome at Mill & Main.

    Your pet is more than welcome at Mill & Main and will take great pleasure in the many urban parks and walking paths right outside your front door and along both sides of the Mississippi River.  Some pets may even enjoy a weekly bath at our convenient Pet Spa.

  • WHERE IS THE LAUNDRY?  

     Each apartment includes a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.

  • DO YOU HAVE A MAINTENANCE STAFF?  

     Yes, we have a Maintenance Technician on-call 24/7.

    For non-emergency maintenance issues, appointments will be scheduled through the Property Manager.

     

    For emergency and after hours maintenance issues, our on-call Maintenance Technician will be available.

  • DO YOU HAVE PARKING AVAILABLE?  

     A limited amount of parking is available in our underground climate-controlled parking garage for a monthly fee.

    Other parking options include street parking in the neighborhood which provides both metered and un-metered parking spots.

  • DO YOU HAVE STORAGE?  

     Yes, we have individual storage rooms located on the residential floors for a monthly fee.
